After onboarding you can grab a login to My Service Robot University, which serves as an encyclopedia to grab videos on how to do things as you need them!
We want to keep our services cost effective for the companies that use us, and sometimes our support team is busy and we may refer you to these videos to help save you and the support teams time.

No Disrespect: we understand automations and computer development is not for everyone and that's why we exist, to be a tech arm of your company. With that being said sometimes things can be frustrating, but please treat our team how you want to be treated.
Support Hours: M - F (9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time)
We will help build items: if its 30mins or less (most of it is, we are fast) Turn around time may be 3-5+ days
Large Projects: that may take hours or days (we will have to bill projects start at $500)
Don't Abuse Support: chatting in for hours a day, requesting items to be built daily and weekly basis, tinkering and breaking things down requesting us to fix, without learning to do yourself.
No Text or Email Blasting: until you watch the text blasting videos. Blasts need to be in drip mode You can get your phone number blocked! I’ll teach you how to write text blasts that avoid high opt out rates

How it Works: Usage charges are like a bucket, when you get your account, the bucket fills up. As calls, texts, emails go out it drains the bucket. When the bucket it is empty it automatically refills your account. (unfortuantely these charges are not something My Service Robot can control)
Monthly Pricing $297: MSR, Zapier, Unlimited Support, Training Videos
Phone Charges: Making Calls .028/Min. Receiving Calls .017/Min.
Phone Numbers: $1 - $3 (depends on location) per month
Text Messages: Texts .0158 Per Segment (160 characters) Emojis will eat up Segments resulting in $.03-$.06 per text and costly text blasts.
Email Charges: Emails .001/per Email. Email Verification .005 (verifies they are real emails 1 time.)
1 Time A2P Registration: $23.95, This is what the phone carriers charges us when we submit the texting registration. This is a 1 time charge per submission.

Turn This OFF: Automated Follow Ups, Review Sequences (if you want your current review sequence or an automated follow up on somewhere else, just message the support team)
Leave This ON: Appointment Reminders (connecting appointment reminders in MSR is tricky, and not worth the time and headache)
